 Purchase Information
The kitten adoption fee starts at $650.00. There is a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 to hold a kitten for you. First deposit gets first pick, second deposit gets second pick etc. You must pick your kitten by four weeks, that is usually when we can tell the points. Final payment is payable when you come to take your kitten home or, if shipping, at least a week prior to the ship day. If we are shipping your kitten the shipping costs would be extra of course. We do not except checks for final payment, unless sent 2 weeks before pickup. Your final payment options are cash (preferred method),Bank email transfer, (credit card-through paypal), if using paypal add 4%). Once final payment has been made you will need to sign the kitten contract/sales agreement.
The kitten will have a Veterinarian wellness check be dewormed and have his/her first ( and possibly there second )3-way immunization vaccination. One kitten out of each litter will be checked for FeLV (feline leukemia) and FIV (feline immunodeficiency).
There will be a kitten pack that will include a sample of the kitten food we are feeding him/her, vet record, and some other little goodies.
Shipping- We will ship a kitten when they are 12/14 weeks. Before we ship the kitten you will have to pay in advance for the airfare, an airline approved carrier, a bed for the carrier, and a health certificate. You can ship two kittens in one crate. Older cats may be more to ship.
If picking up your kitten/cat you must bring a carrier.
We do offer a reduced price if you are buying more than one kitten/cat, or are a repeat customer.

Deposits are non-refundable, payments may be made by cash, charge card or PayPal. Cat must be paid for in full before released to buyer.
For kittens purchased spay/neuter must be completed. Buyer will provide seller with written veterinarian confirmation of the procedure before registration will be released.
Seller agrees to provide the first kitten vaccination prior to completion of sale. Purchaser will be expected to provide any additional vaccination or veterinary costs that occur following the purchase of the kitten/cat.
It is strongly recommended that the kitten be quarantined from other pets for at least two weeks. Be mindful that the stress induced in an animal when going to a new home may cause symptoms of illness, including upper respiratory infection, to appear in an otherwise healthy animal.
Purchaser agrees to take the new kitten/cat for a vet check within 72 hours of purchase. If within that time the kitten is deemed unhealthy (by a vet) or has a congenital defect, seller agrees to replace the kitten, no cash refunds.
The kitten/cat is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year. Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat will be replaced only if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed vet and vet's certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. A replacement will be made of a cat of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of the seller. The purchaser is responsible for all veterinary costs.

Kittens cannot leave their mothers before 12 weeks (sellers discretion). We feed our kittens Life's Abundance dry and wet food. Wet food should be offered at least once a day. Your new kitten will need plenty of socialization and affection. Siamese cats are extremely intelligent and require a good amount of mental stimulation (toys) nobody likes to be bored. Two kittens of the same litter do well together and will require less of your attention. We do offer discounts for multiple kittens.
Health & Conditions
Our Cattery (as well as our kittens/cats) are negative for both Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV). There is no way to guarantee against FIP. Fip is a mutation of Feline Corona virus, over which there is much controversy between Vets, Breeders, Scientist and the general public. Most, if not all, multi cat households, will have been exposed to the Corona virus at some time. At this point there is no way to determine, which, if any, kitten may go on to develop FIP. Usually there is no development of this disease, and it's the rare few in which the virus mu,tates into the deadly disease. Learn more about this heartbreaking feline disease, excellent article by Dr. Susan Little If you give your kitten any vacines for the FIP, contract will be null and void.
Will not honor health guarantee if cat or kitten experiences any of the following:
*Is vaccinated against FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) or FelV (feline leukemia virus)
*Cat or kitten is allowed to roam outdoors.
*Cat or kitten has been physically abused or neglected.
*Remember with PayPal they charge a 4% fee to use, so you will need to add that to your total, thank you.
